How to Apply

Step 1

Start by exploring our website; contact the admissions office with any questions and familiarize yourself with Olney Friends School’s academic and social offerings.

You can request more information about the school here: Request information

Step 2

Create an online account and start an application. Once you have created an account you will be able to log in and out, revisiting and revising your application until you are completely satisfied with it and ready to submit.

Begin your application here.

Step 3

Contact your past school to obtain your transcripts. Give your recommendation forms to the appropriate adults and ask them to return them to Olney Friends School via fax, email, or mail.

Olney Friends School must receive the following forms to complete your application:

  1. Recommendation from a Math Teacher
  2. Recommendation from an English Teacher
  3. Recommendation from an unrelated adult
  4. Copy of latest school transcripts

Step 4

Submit your application

Each application is subject to a processing fee. For domestic candidates,  the application fee is $50.

Step 5

Schedule a campus visit or a Skype interview.

We prefer all prospective students located in the United States to visit campus, to meet some of our current students and staff, and attend sample classes. This will allow prospective students to gain a better understanding of what makes Olney Friends School unique.

We do, however, understand that this may pose a significant challenge for some families due to scheduling and economic constraints. In place of a formal campus visit, we would require a formal Skype interview before a student can be accepted to the school.

Please direct any question to our admissions department at admissions@olneyfriends.org.
